Refund & Return Policy

At *Saadiq.pk*, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

* You received a damaged or defective product.
* You received the wrong item.
* You received an incomplete order.
* The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
* Your return request is submitted within *7 days* of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

* Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
* Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
* Products showing signs of use.
* Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* The refund will be processed for the *product price only*.
* Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable, or by another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing may take *5–10 business days* after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional product cost, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process a refund for the eligible amount.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

Only the product price is eligible for a refund.*

Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances*, including but not limited to returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts.
