🛒 Ordering

1) How do I place an order on Saadiq.pk?

Simply choose your product, click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details.

2) Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email (depending on your details).

3) Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible.

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options shown at checkout.

5) Is Cash on Delivery available in Pakistan?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan in most cities and areas.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

6) Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! Saadiq.pk provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

7) How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

8) How can I track my order?

Once your parcel is shipped, we will share a tracking number (where available) so you can track your order.


🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

9) What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra cost.

10) Can I return an item or get a refund?

Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (for COD orders, via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash). For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products, innerwear, and items marked non-returnable) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
